MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Stephen H. Mount, right, outgoing commanding officer, Wounded Warrior Battalion West (WWBn-W), Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR), passes the organizational standard to Lt. Col. Mary K. Flatley, incoming commanding officer, WWBn-W, WWR, during the WWBn-W change of command ceremony at the battalion headquarters, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Aug. 17, 2018.
