Orlando, Fla. - Army Gen. Paul Funk, commanding general, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, salutes host Jon Stewart during the opening ceremony for the 2022 Department of Defense Warrior Games in Orlando, Fla., Aug. 19, 2022. More than 200 wounded, ill and injured service members and veteran athletes are competing in 12 adaptive sporting events.
